Service Description

A Group Sound Healing Session with Cacao & Meditation is a deeply immersive, heart-centred experience designed to guide a larger group into collective relaxation and connection. Participants are welcomed with ceremonial cacao to gently open the heart and ground the body, followed by a guided meditation to settle the mind and set intention. The session then flows into an expansive sound journey using instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and voice, allowing sound vibrations to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and energetic alignment. The shared group field amplifies the experience, creating a powerful sense of unity, rest, and renewal.
