Returns & Refunds Policy
This policy applies to all services, events, physical products, and digital downloads purchased through BELYF Healing / Alchemé Rituals.
1:1 Sessions & Bookings
Bookings for 1:1 sessions are subject to the cancellation terms stated at the time of booking.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within the notice period shown on the booking page or confirmation email.

Late cancellations or non-attendance may result in the session being forfeited.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are offered at our discretion, except where required by law.
Group Events & Retreats
Group events and retreats are planned in advance and involve venue and facilitator commitments.

Refund and cancellation terms will be clearly stated on the event or retreat booking page.

In most cases, bookings are non-refundable, but may be transferable or reschedulable depending on the event.

If an event is cancelled by us, you will be offered a refund or alternative option.
Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital content:

All digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

Physical Products
If you purchase a physical product from us:

You may request a return within 14 days of receipt, in line with UK consumer regulations.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
