I'm Amy - the face behind the companies BELYF & Alchemé Rituals.

I've spent 9 years untangling myself from deeply ingrained patterns, conditioning, trauma and addictions, It hasn't been easy but it has been raw, honest and it's shaped the way I hold space for others.

My work is rooted in lived experiences, nervous system awareness and deep listening.

I don't approach healing as something to be forced or rushed - I create grounded, supportive spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies, their intuition, and their own inner wisdom, In a way that feels safe and sustainable.

Everything I offer is guided by presence rather than prescription. I meet you where you are, allowing each session/Interaction to unfold in a way that feels aligned, embodied and respectful of the individual journey.

We are all healers, we just need people to guide us back home sometimes.

This work is about remembering and learning who you are beneath the facade.
