Celebrate the Lions Gate portal with an hour of deep rest, reflection and sound this Sunday.
Held beneath the beautiful poplar tree at the entrance of Leybourne Lakes Country Park, (see pic below - you cannot miss it) this outdoor experience by the lake weaves together gentle breathwork, guided meditation and the soothing vibrations of beautiful sounds.
You will feel the vibrations of Alchemy Crystal Bowls, Tibetan bowls, Planet Gong, Ocean Drum, Shamanic Drum and Wind Chimes.
Whether you’re seeking stillness, clarity or simply time to reconnect with yourself, you’re warmly welcome.
Please bring a yoga mat and pillow.
