Lavender Field Wellness Event

Join me for a beautiful summer evening of breathwork, sound healing and gentle movement surrounded by the calming scent and beauty of the lavender fields at Castle Farm.

As the sun sets over the fields, you'll be guided through gentle movement, calming breathwork and an immersive sound bath designed to help you slow down, switch off from the outside world and reconnect with yourself in a beautiful way.

This intimate evening is an opportunity to pause, breathe deeply and simply be held by nature, sound and stillness.

After the session you will have time to wander through the lavender fields, take photos and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere at your own pace.

Each guest will also receive a special lavender gift created with the lavender oil from the very fields we will be gathering in.
